Not a good value at all.
I bought the $8.99 Monday special.
The menu said it comes with enchiladas, rice, beans, salad, and soda.
I waited for my food at the drive through and when I was handed my bag, it was super light.
When I got home, I opened the box: there was one enchilada, a scoop of rice, and a scoop of beans.
No salad.
The food was okay. I am still hungry 30 minutes later.
Had I known that I would not have eaten here. First time eating here, not coming back. -

Just realized I posted my original review for this location under the Mack Rd spot. Oops.
This place has great adobada tacos! They call them mini tacos but they full of meat. They used to serve them with a grilled onion strip but this time I didn't get any. I also asked for the spicy red sauce and they gave me the reddish pico de Gallo looking stuff. The drive thru is still deathly slow! If your in a hurry, don't even bother. It's a good 10 + minute wait.
Between my first visit and tonight they have fallen off a little by not giving the onion and messing up the sauce but I'm sticking with a solid 4 stars. Their adobada is on point and their tacos are full of meat. A little more pricier than regular street tacos, but again, your getting a good amount of meat. No skimping on the meat here. Still, that missing star for the slow drive thru. -

Super disappointed in their menudo. Nothing but fat! It wouldn't hurt to spend a little more time in trimming the fat off the menudo, you know.

A local recommended heading here for asada fries... thank you! The staff were wicked friendly, they changed the TV to the football game for us (Monday Night Football, can't miss it)... the ambiance is not bad, General Hispanic fast food type environment. The food tho!!!! For the price paid I couldn't believe how much food there was. My sister and I should have split an order, I couldn't even finish half what was provided.
The fries were perfectly cooked, not soggy, but not burnt. The meat had so much flavor and soooo tender. Asada fries are one of my weaknesses, I'm not familiar with Sac food spots, but this one... definitely a winner.
